Here at Karri, our Technical Team and Developers are continuously working to improve and update the Karri app. We supply them with endless cups of tea and coffee and in exchange, they ensure that your app keeps running at its optimal.
With our most recent update, comes the answer to all of ABSA clients’ prayers. Many ABSA clients in the past have struggled to load their credit and debit cards onto Karri, but finally, after a lot of blood, sweat, tears and many a cup of tea, this problem is no longer!
Along with the resolving of the above issue, we’ve also added a new security feature called 3D-Secure. This is a new protocol that allows for even safer transactions on Karri. So when you add your card to the system, you may get a little confirmation from your bank. This is simply just another way that we are ensuring your information is safe with us.
If you are an ABSA user who has struggled to make a payment on Karri in the past, we please ask that you update your Karri app and reload your cards.
