Karri Card

How to top up your Karri Card?

Tap Top Up on the bottom right of the Karri Card on the screen.
Click the bank card you’d like to top up with, then select the preset amount or enter your own.
Approve the transaction via your banking app.

How to set a daily spending limit?

Tap the
icon below the Karri Card on the screen.
Select
at the top right to change your child’s daily spending limit
Enter your new limit and press Update Limits to confirm.

Note: If transactions exceed the limit, the card will be declined. You can adjust the limit any time.

How to Reset a PIN?

Tap the
icon below the Karri Card on the screen.
Select I'm Ready to reset the 4-digit PIN.

Reminder: Choose a PIN your child will remember and keep it stored safely.

Lost or “misplaced” card?

If the card has been misplaced and you want to block it temporarily

Tap the

icon below the Karri Card on the screen.

Toggle
on Temporarily Blobk
Press Temporarily Block

Note: A blocked card will be declined at all Point of Sale (POS) devices.

If the card is lost and you need to replace it:

Tap the

icon below the Karri Card on the screen.

Tap “Order a new card”
To confirm the order, press Re-order

Note: Karri will reach out to you about delivery details via email or phone call.

How do I link my Karri profile to my child?

First, make sure your school provides you with your unique Karri code (if you need extra support, contact our support team).

Tap the connections tab at the bottom of your screen.
Press the "Subscribe" button and enter your Karri code.
Press the "Submit" button and you're done!

Your child is now connected to your Karri app profile. This allows you to view and make payments for their collections.

Can I use Karri for multiple children?

Yes! As long as your child is at a school that uses Karri, you can link as many children as necessary.

How do I add funds to my Karri wallet?

Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of your screen.
Select "Payment Methods".
Select the Karri Wallet option then tap the "Top up your wallet" window that pops up
Tap your preferred payment method (bank card, Ozow or Stitch)
Choose a pre-selected amount to top up with or enter your own amount. To confirm, press the "top up" button.
That's it! Once your payment has been processed, it will reflect in your Karri Wallet.

It's a brilliant budgeting tool that can be used to pay for collections.
