By ordering Bidvest Waltons Back to School Stationery through the Karri App, you hereby agree that we share the required details to enable the fulfilment of the order.

KARRI BACK TO SCHOOL RETURNS & REFUND PROCEDURES

 

Karri/EPS is not involved in the processing of returns or exchanges of products purchased with Bidvest Waltons through the Karri payment app. Bidvest Waltons is fully responsible for resolving all your requirements once your purchase of school stationery is made.

  1. If a customer is looking to return or exchange their order for whatever reason, Bidvest Waltons is here to help! Bidvest Waltons offers free returns or exchanges within 30 days of customer receiving their order.
  2. Customers can return product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
  3. If you decide to return the products to the Waltons store, you will need to take the goods to the retail store that is closest to you
  4. You will need to provide the invoice and the unused goods. If you do not have a copy of the invoice one can be reprinted from the system.
  5. The goods will need to be inspected to ensure that the returns can be accepted.
  6. The items returned need to be underlined and marked for credit on the original invoice
  7. Customer will need to sign credit slip, then a cash/card refund to be issued at till point
  8. Invoices paid by cash, debit/credit card or EFT’s under R1000.00 can be refunded in cash or card during the Back to School season.
  9. If the customer wishes to exchange the goods for a different colour etc. Bidvest Waltons will pass the credit and recharge the other item to the same account.
  10. For EFT refunds Bidvest Waltons will require confirmation of customers banking details e.g. Top of their bank statement (The customer does not have to go into the bank, they can use the statement that they draw at the ATM or from their internet banking), a letter from the bank or a copy of a cancelled cheque in order to process the EFT refund. EFT Requisition & Confirmation of banking details if applicable
  11. Customer can also make use of the return portal on the Bidvest Waltons website under order history
  • Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  • Fill in the shipping details You will need to attach the Copy of the invoice so that the refund can be processed
  • Bidvest Waltons will be in contact with you to arrange the necessary and a replacement or refund to the original payment method will be processed.
