Sign in to your ADAM profile
Navigate to “Lists and Labels”
From the list, select “Scratch list (whole school)”
You will now see lists of checkboxes to tick. Under Pupil information, tick:
- Admin Number
- Last Name
- Preferred Name
- Grade Text
- Default Class
Now, under Primary Parent Information, tick:
- Primary Last Name
- Primary First Name
- Primary Cell No.
- Primary Email
Finally, under Secondary Parent Information, tick:
- Secondary Last Name
- Secondary First Name
- Secondary Cell No.
- Secondary Email
You will be presented with a web format of the scratch list you generated. Select “Export to Excel”.
Save the Excel sheet where you will find it easily and you’re done!
