St David’s introduced the Karri Card at their annual SpringFest, a major school event that required a cashless policy for security and convenience. Since many younger students don’t use phones, the Karri Card was the ideal solution. It’s a Mastercard that works like a regular bank card but with added controls, all managed through the Karri app. Parents love the security and simplicity of the Karri Card. Daily limits prevent overspending and if their child needs more money, parents can top up the card in seconds. Students feel more responsible and independent while parents have peace of mind.
The Karri Card has been a vital tool for St. David’s in their move towards a cash-free campus and a phone-free prep school. Parents can manage their child’s expenses through a single app, while students are building smart money habits early, learning to manage their spending in a safe environment.
