NEW FEATURE: Partial Payments

Here at Karri, we’re all about adding new features that enhance and improve your experience. We’re pleased to reveal our new Partial Payments option. This is something many of our schools have been requesting, we value your feedback, and this is one of the ways we show it.

Partial Payments & the uses: Enabling partial payments on your Karri collection means that you are giving parents the option to pay for the collection in “bitesize payments”, this is ideal for big sports tours, school fees or other large payments in which parents may not be able to pay the full amount immediately.

Creating a partial payment collection is simple and with our new dashboard view, you can easily see how much a parent still needs to pay for the collection.

Check out our step by step tutorial, which will help you easily set up a partial payment collection in just minutes:

• When creating partial payment collection you need to either choose the Fixed Amount option OR the Custom Amount option. Remember Fixed Amounts are collections that are a singular fixed amount and Custom Amounts allow you to specify the amount, customized to each member. Once you’ve created your collection, simply tick the box Partial Payments found under Advanced Options.

•  Parents will be able to add in their own amount that they’d like to pay towards the collection and will see the below screen every time they make a payment:

 

•  You’ll be able to keep a close eye on the payment statuses of your parents on the dashboard.
